Study On The Project Management Of The Reconstruction Project Of Jianye Building In Nanjing City

Nanjing Jianye Building was built in 1997.After nearly 20 years of use,there are various degrees of aging and damage to construction equipment.Many functions can not meet the requirements of the times or the current national standards.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out energy-saving transformation,fire protection system transformation and necessary functional transformation.Based on the renovation project of Jianye Mansion as the object,analyses the general problems existing in the existing buildings and the particularity of the case project,and discusses in detail the necessity,technical feasibility,economic rationality,implementation and monitoring of the renovation project and the effect of the renovation.Focusing on the reform of fire protection system in case engineering,this paper chooses the angle of project management of construction unit to analyze the implementation preparation,progress control,quality control and safe and civilized construction of the reform project.Method of carding.By describing the practice of implementing construction project management in renovation project,which theory be got reflects the application of project management theory in office building renovation project,provides a sample of combining theory with practice for the same type of existing building renovation,and is conducive to improving the project management level of existing building renovation.
