A Study On The Podium Plane Design Of Yancheng Golden Eagle Plaza Building

Yancheng Golden Eagle Plaza is located in Yancheng District of CBD core area,the project 31 on the ground floor,two floors underground,building height of 150 meters,full glass curtain wall facade,gorgeous and elegant set of Golden Eagle International Shopping Center,five star hotels,high-end office space in one of Yancheng City,as a landmark of the highest.Taking the Golden Eagle Plaza project as an example,this paper analyses and discusses the design elements of planning layout,plane streamline and functional zoning from the aspects of urban design,architectural design and landing construction.First of all,the paper expounds the research background and purpose of this project,highlights its research content,research overall framework and determines the research methods,and points out the positive guiding significance of the deepening research on the commercial plane of the complex.Secondly,review the development process of the complex and carry out the project design planning,analyze the business of jinyingtiandi complex from the height of urban operation,review the design concept of the project with the overall positioning and functional planning,and introduce the general situation of architectural complex and single commercial plane graphics and text.This paper focuses on the study of the commercial design plane of the complex podium building,analyzes the principles and practical application of various commercial functions in the plane design,sorts out the main contradictions and related problems exposed in the design process,clarifies the key research direction,and puts forward the solutions to the problems in the actual construction.Building theory combined with project examples,plane function and design,commercial moving line,multi-functional vertical traffic,fire evacuation,supporting facilities,roof utilization and greening and other aspects are studied and analyzed in-depth,and the initial research purpose of the paper is reached in the early stage of solving the problem.The construction of the complex project lasted for three years.In the process of operation transformation and format adjustment,this paper summarizes and analyzes the key and difficult points,and retrospects the reasons for the change.As the design director,the whole process controls the overall architectural style,modeling techniques and detailed node structure,and balances the construction and cost,design and operation,investment and design in real time.Finally,as an architect,we should always bear in mind the sense of mission,strive to create a building that fits the functional needs and cultural precipitation of the project site,and put the project into successful operation for profit,which is the direction we work together and maintain.The full text is about 46,000 words and 43 pictures in total.
