Traditional mechanical transmission connection generally has some disadvantages such as complex installation,difficult disassembly,poor neutral response,inability to bear multiple loads and overload protection,etc.,which makes it difficult to meet the supporting requirements of major equipment.Diaphragm coupling can better overcome the above shortcomings,and has significant technical advantages and advanced products.Diaphragm coupling is a kind of widely used in wind power,nuclear power,steel rolling machinery,metallurgical machinery,mining machinery,petroleum machinery,aerospace,shipbuilding and other metal elastic element in the field of flexible coupling,with no lubrication,compact structure,high intensity,long service life,no maintenance,easy manufacture,high transmission efficiency,high transmission precision,etc.Compared with other types of couplings,diaphragm couplings can better solve the problem of eccentricity in the operation of the transmission shaft.The key is that the diaphragm components can generate complex bending in the operation process to compensate the relative displacement in the operation of the two transmission shafts.In engineering practice,some enterprises lack the theoretical basis corresponding to their diaphragm coupling products,so they lack the theoretical and technical guidance for the selection of diaphragm coupling products under actual working conditions.Combining with the enterprise demand,according to enterprise actual diaphragm coupling structure performance of products,material specification and working condition of demand conditions,carried out under the condition of coupling deflections and the critical speed of diaphragm coupling strength checking algorithm theory and simulation study,for the practical engineering provides the theoretical support of diaphragm coupling and scientific guidance.First of all,according to the typical membrane coupling products of an enterprise(low speed heavy load and high speed low load),the simulation software ABAQUS and 3d design software SolidWorks were used to design the simulation model of its membrane structure.Two kinds of three dimensional diaphragm models with and without deflection are designed for the diaphragm structure of low-speed and heavy-duty diaphragm couplings.Taking high speed diaphragm coupling as an example,a strength checking algorithm considering centrifugal force is designed.Second,low load at high speed diaphragm coupling as the research object theory exploration and simulation validation,the diaphragm coupling model is given in the condition of critical speed of strength checking algorithm,and the type of diaphragm of diaphragm coupling structure simulation analysis,the theoretical algorithm of damage coefficient variation law,put forward specific structure specificity of diaphragm coupling damage coefficient;The stress variation law of bolt holes on the diaphragm model with the change of applied load is obtained,and then the failure trend of the diaphragm structure is obtained.In addition,the diaphragm coupling of low speed and heavy loading as the research object,the design without the deflection of the diaphragm structure with two kinds of 3 d diaphragm deflection model,established the complex condition of the same load conditions under load simulation model and simulation analysis,compared to two kinds of diaphragm model under the same load conditions under load conditions,it is concluded that the damage coefficient of two kinds of membrane structure model difference,between the coupling deflection design under the condition of intensity algorithm,the model is validated by the diaphragm coupling exists when the deflection of diaphragm intensity.Finally,the paper summarizes the algorithm theory of the diaphragm coupling and the related rules found in the simulation research process,and points out the content of this paper to be improved;The research content of this paper is consistent with the national demand of implementing industrial foundation engineering and developing core basic components.
