The purpose of this paper is to explore the electric power system maintenance arrangement work,can be simple and efficient maintenance distribution,the stability of power grid safety theory and method of rapid and reliable technical support for the decision of maintenance arrangement,on the premise of guarantee the stability of maintenance state grid,implement maintenance plan and arrange reasonable efficiency increases,made some innovative research results.Paper based on the analysis summary our country existing grid planning process and maintenance repair plan optimization algorithm on the basis of the actual power grid maintenance planning pain points and deficiency in the work,in view of the power grid enterprises lack of technical means in the process of actual overhaul plan involving a large number of maintenance equipment power outage plan for security check,lack of quantitative for the maintenance of equipment state and grid risk prioritization,lack of temporary repair plan adjustment decision-making problem such as assistive technology support,and by introducing the local power of the node,the concept of the branch power potential energy gradient factor is defined,and a circuit power flow distribution algorithm is proposed——power gradient algorithm(PGA).The power gradient algorithm(PGA)has very loose prediction conditions.As long as the node power and branch resistance of the network are obtained,the active power flow distribution of the whole network can be easily and quickly calculated.Through a large number of examples,this paper proves that PGA has the advantages of simple and direct,rapid and effective,no convergence problem,etc.,and is capable of power failure plan checking,temporary plan adjustment and decision support functions in large power grid involving a large number of equipment to be serviced.The paper finally formed a maintenance plan preparation process with the power gradient algorithm as the core,considering the equipment status and corresponding grid risks,which greatly reduced the repetitive work of existing maintenance personnel,improved the accuracy of grid maintenance plan preparation,and ensured the grid operation reliability during the implementation of the power failure plan.Smart grid dispatching operation maintenance arrangement decision support system to achieve the safety check more quickly and efficiently to the maintenance plan,overcomes the disadvantage of relying on the experience of artificial maintenance plan,improve the level and work efficiency of maintenance planning,arrange personnel for maintenance plan arrangement and temporary plan adjustment decision-making provides a reliable technical support,ensure the security of the grid current distribution range.The paper takes the monthly maintenance plan of guangzhou power grid as an example to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the algorithm and maintenance process.
