Studies On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Crane Safety Supervision In H City

With the rapid development of China's economy and infrastructure construction,which has led to the rapid development of China's crane industry,China has become an important crane market in the world.With the increasing social demand,the application of cranes in all walks of life is more and more extensive,especially with the rapid development of domestic manufacturing industry and port economy,all kinds of lifting machinery has become an indispensable tool for manufacturing industry and port operation,playing an extremely important role.However,compared with the high-speed development of the industry,the management mode of the crane is lagging behind for a long time.With the frequent occurrence of crane safety accidents in recent years,and the casualties of crane accidents are generally more serious,which causes people to pay attention to the crane safety problem again.Therefore,how to strengthen and improve the safety supervision of cranes has become a difficult problem in the public management of the government.As a member of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District,H city not only has various manufacturing industries,large-scale petrochemical bases and rich ports,but also has certain representativeness in the number,type and distribution of cranes.However,the crane safety supervision in H city is relatively insufficient,with problems such as the confusion of crane market,the backward crane safety supervision mode,and the serious shortage of supervisors.Therefore,it is of great practical value to explore the reform of crane safety supervision in H city.Through literature analysis,comparative analysis,empirical research,questionnaire and interview,combined with the theory of cooperative governance,based on the current situation of crane supervision in H City,this paper analyzes the main practices and effectiveness of crane safety supervision in H city from the related concepts of special equipment management and the current relevant laws and regulations,and studies and analyzes the problems of supervision stakeholders,And learn from the experience and practice at home and abroad,explore and improve the crane related laws and regulations,establish a new legal inspection mechanism,and build a new regulatory model of feasibility.At the same time,the paper puts forward new countermeasures for the construction of crane supervision system,including the establishment of "integration" system,mutual restriction management system,hierarchical and classified supervision and professional talent team construction system.Finally,the application of Internet plus,Internet of things and other new technologies in crane safety supervision is emphatically introduced.In order to make up for the shortage of supervision means by the application of new technologies,and through the introduction and analysis of a case investigation,a new direction for improvement of the investigation system in the supervision mode is put forward.
