Comparison Of Research On Micro-renovation Of Yongqingfang Phase Ⅰ And Pantang Wuyue

In the process of urban renewal,the old city bears the memory of the city’s history,witnessing the changes of the city and the development of the city’s economy.Guangzhou has undergone a phase of comprehensive transformation of large-scale demolition and large-scale construction.The historical and cultural protection and comprehensive transformation are in contradiction and stagnation.It emphasizes the "micro-reform" stage that emphasizes the continuation of historical context.In this paper,two projects that are representative of Yongqingfang Phase I and Pantang Wuyue in Guangzhou’s micro-reconstruction exploration stage are selected as the research objects.As the first micro-renovation pilot project in Guangzhou,Yongqingfang is considered to be the first publicly-engaged micro-remodeling project in Guangzhou.Both of these projects are of landmark significance in the process of micro-remodeling in Guangzhou.In this paper,through in-depth literature review,field research,questionnaire interviews and case comparison methods,we conducted in-depth research on the micro-renovation of Yongqingfang Phase I and Pantang Wuyue District,and analyzed and studied from the two aspects of material space and implementation process.The problems that easily arise in the practice of "renovation" and the need to balance the concerns,hoping to provide a practical basis for the follow-up Guangzhou city in the implementation of micro-remodeling,especially the micro-remodeling projects on street spaces.First of all,this article summarizes the development process of "micro-renovation",related theories and relevant policies of Guangzhou City;secondly,it studies the physical space in terms of function,transportation,public space environmental transformation,public supporting facilities,architectural transformation,space and environmental behavior,etc.Analysis;again,the research on the project implementation process is carried out based on the policy background,transformation and development model,implementation subject,staged control results,public participation,etc.,and combined with the evaluation of the satisfaction of the local residents,tourists,and local merchants on the project,the project is in the physical space Problems and deficiencies in the process of transformation and implementation.Finally,through a comprehensive comparative analysis of the two projects,the similarities and differences in the six aspects of material space transformation,policy implementation,development model,participating subjects,implementation process,and public participation are analyzed,and the problems arising from the practice of micro transformation are summarized.And put forward suggestions for optimization and improvement.This article is divided into five parts: Part I: Explain the research background,put forward the research object and content,explain the research method,clarify the research purpose and significance,and construct the thesis framework.Part Ⅱ: Explain the basic concepts of micro-remodeling and inventory planning,sort out the relevant theories and cases of urban renewal at home and abroad,sort out the latest academic studies of Yongqingfang and Pantang,analyze the relevant policies of urban renewal and micro-renovation in Guangzhou,and provide theory for the article basis.Part Ⅲ: sort out the transformation and implementation process of the first phase of Yongqingfang’s material space,collect and analyze the satisfaction after the transformation through questionnaire survey.To sort out the problems and causes in the first-phase transformation of Yongqingfang.Part Ⅳ: Sort out the reconstruction and implementation process of the Wutang physical space in Pantang,collect the satisfaction after reconstruction through questionnaire survey,and summarize and analyze it.Sort out the problems and causes during the transformation of the five treaties of Pantang.Part Ⅴ:Through comparing and analyzing the material space,implementation process and satisfaction of Yongqingfang Phase I and Pantang Wuyue,and making an objective evaluation,put forward optimization suggestions.
