The task of relay protection is to automatically remove the fault equipment from the system to reduce or avoid the damage of the equipment and the influence on the power supply in the adjacent areas when the power system fails or abnormal conditions,and the fault equipment is automatically removed from the system in the shortest possible time and minimum area.And the relay protection device test and related loop debugging are the necessary means to ensure the normal operation of each relay protection device.Relay protection devices are developing towards the trend of computerization and intellectualization.Under the situation of various protection inspection items and the blackout time being shortened,the commissioning work of commissioning personnel has been unprecedentedly tested.In addition to arranging a reasonable work plan,it is also necessary for the commissioning personnel to have skilled operation skills so as to complete the commissioning tasks according to the quality and quantity.In order to reduce the working strength of the debugger,optimize the operation process and avoid the work error caused by human factors,this paper analyzes the status and advantages of the automatic test of relay protection device from the comparison of the manual test and automatic test of the relay protection device.At the same time,the requirement characteristics of the relay protection device for automatic test are analyzed.According to the requirement characteristics of the relay protection device testing to the automation test,a new comprehensive automatic test program system is designed and the practice is developed to make the complete automation test of the relay protection device possible.The automatic test program system of relay protection device is based on computer computer as the hardware carrier,distributed architecture and modularization design.It uses C++ language to construct programming text.Through IEC 61850 Communication standard technology,the switch,computer computer,relay tester and protection device are connected to the protection device.Test system.The automatic test program system can realize the closed loop automatic test and repeated automatic test of the protection device.In addition,by changing the configuration parameter files,the automatic automatic test of the substation protection device and other industrial fields can be realized,and the automatic test program system can be extended to various industrial fields.This thesis focuses on the design idea,structure,hardware carrier,basic text of editing program,communication technology specification and other technical problems.The design of each module of the automatic test program system is explained in detail,and the application of the test example is introduced.The feasibility and necessity of the automatic test program system in the field of industrial automation are comprehensively analyzed.Through the analysis of dialectics,combining the theoretical analysis and the practical application effect,the advantages and disadvantages of the traditional manual test operation and the automatic test program system operation are compared,the self-adaptive degree and the economic benefit are compared.It is demonstrated that the automatic test program can improve the test quality and efficiency in the actual production process and meet the safety of the society today.The requirements of high efficiency and economy.
