With the rapid development of vehicle electrical technology,resently,most modern cars use microcomputer-controlled automatic air conditioning,automatic air conditioning control is more and more intelligent,and it's getting more and more technical.Once a problem occurs in the air conditioning system,it is often difficult for the owner to solve it by himself,so he must enter the workshop and have the technician do troubleshooting.To achieve fast and accurately-diagnosis,in addition to extensive maintenance experience,it also requires excellent basic knowledge,and it is necessary to master the new technologies.In this situation,on one hand,as a teacher,we need to learn new technologies constantly,on the other hand,it also requires the academy update the training equipment and professional teaching aids in time to provide students with a good training environment and up-to-date equipments.In the case of limited resources and funds,it is very necessary for the academy to research and develop a teaching aid for the simulation of automobile air conditioning faults that suits the school's academic conditions.This paper analyzes the current problems of domestic automotive air-conditioning teaching aids in view of the development of automotive electronic technology and the current status of vocational education.Using Corolla automatic air conditioning as a platform,analyzing its composition,control functions,fault phenomena,diagnosis and troubleshooting ideas,fault simulation methods,research and development of Corolla automatic air conditioning fault simulation system,the main work of this paper is as follows:1.Study the basic structural composition,working and control principles,and fault diagnosis methods of the automatic air conditioning control system to provide a theoretical research foundation for the development of air conditioning fault simulation systems.2.Summarize and analyze the common faults,faults causes and detection principles of automotive air conditioner,research and design fault simulation methods for automatic air conditioning sensors and actuators.3.Using Corolla automatic air conditioning,design the training platform of the automobile automatic air conditioning fault simulation system,including the layout design of the training platform,the design of the operation demonstration panel,the design of the control panel microcontroller control system of thetraining platform,the design of the control circuit,the selection and design of hardware such as control chips and driver chips,as well as the design of system human-computer interaction interfaces and software.4.Perform an training test on the automatic air conditioning fault simulation system and analyze the test results.
