| The Nineteenth National Congress of the Party pointed out that it is necessary to speed up the optimization of the layout and structural adjustment of the state-owned economy,promote the preservation and appreciation of state-owned assets,promote the strengthening,optimization and enlargement of state-owned capital,and cultivate world-class enterprises with global competitiveness.Along with the social and economic transformation and the deepening of the reform of the electric power system,the G power grid company has put forward the phased strategic goal of building a world-class comprehensive energy company in 2025,which requires that the financial management field must also accelerate the transformation.Against this background,how to achieve a higher level,quality and higher level of development in the financial field has become an important problem facing G power grid companies at present.Working capital management is an important subject of financial management,and the level of working capital management has an important impact on the survival and development of an enterprise.Improving and optimizing working capital management has become an inevitable choice for G power grid companies.This paper,based on supply chain theory through literature research,induction and summary,analytic hierarchy process and so on,first summarizes the G power grid company and its financial operation and business process,introduces the G power production construction project and service project supply chain working capital management content,and introduces the working capital management status of G grid company from three dimensions: configuration analysis,management characteristics and management status.Based on the theory of supply chain,this paper introduces the outstanding problems in working capital management of G power grid company,such as high capital cost,low management efficiency and need to be further strengthened,and concludes that it is caused by three reasons: backward working capital classification mode,lack of synergy in internal supply chain and insufficient integration of external supply chain.By means of process reengineering,project investment analysis mechanism and information system integration platform,we can optimize the existing business process,improve the efficiency of working capital management,innovate the electricity recovery mode on the basis of optimizing the recovery mode of accounts receivable,and ensure the timely recovery of working capital.Finally,we introduce three working capital financing modes: supply chain finance,finance lease and accounts receivable factoring to provide reference for G grid companies to establish diversified capital structure.The goal of this paper is to embed the key points of working capital management into each key node of business flow,and to construct a flexible,efficient,coordinated and targeted working capital management scheme,which can provide theoretical support for the research of working capital management of power grid companies based on supply chain.For G power grid company to improve the level of working capital management and promote the financial transformation pilot work to provide practical reference. |
