With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era,the development of informatization and industrialization has become a national guide,and it is also an inevitable choice for the construction industry towards informatization and standardization.The development of computer technology and information technology,and the coordination,simulation,visualization and optimization of BIM technology brought profound changes to the entire construction industry.The use of BIM technology is an important way to achieve construction information and standardization.As the scale of the building becomes more and more complex,and the owner's requirements for building technology are getting higher and higher,and the requirements for building quality are becoming more and more strict,the defects of the traditional site construction management in the two-dimensional progress,and in the construction simulation,Weakness in multi-professional collaboration,such as the uncoordinated communication of multi-professionals,the exit of the built balcony is blocked by the wall,etc.,all show that it has gradually failed to adapt to the current development requirements of the construction industry.Exploring the project site construction standardization management method based on BIM 4D technology not only responds to the current construction industry's demand for informatization and standardization,but also provides suggestions for solving the limitations of traditional site construction management.Therefore,this article has done the following research contents: First,to explore the current development status of BIM 4D technology in the construction industry at home and abroad and the current traditional site construction management,through research and analysis,to formulate key technical routes;second,based on BIM 4D technology construction schedule Carry out standardization research and analyze the standardization of processes and models;third,use BIM 4D technology to analyze the organization and space constraints of multi-work intersecting flow construction;fourth,use BIM calculation software to perform resource analysis on components corresponding to each process,and Analyze the relationship between processes and resources,and study their construction resource indicators;Fifth,standardize and parameterize the elements of theconstruction site,and discuss it with BIM 4D technology;Sixth,simulate the case and pass the standard layer site construction management process Research,verify and analyze the standardized management methods of project site construction.The research results show that the standardized management method of project site construction based on BIM 4D technology is achievable.Based on BIM 4D technology,the analysis of the resource indicators corresponding to the components in the process is reasonable,and the use of multi-professional interpenetrating flow water construction schemes is reasonable for the simulation analysis of the standard floor and the analysis of the standard floor layout.This standardized management method not only has an important impact on improving construction efficiency,shortening the construction period,saving costs,and coordinating multi-professional construction,but also promotes the development of information and standardization of project site construction management under BIM 4D technology.It has certain engineering value for the actual project site construction management.
