As an inevitable trend in the development of modern shipping, container transportation has become the most important logistics transportation method in the world. With the rapid growth of global container freight volume, container terminals have also become increasingly busy, and traffic jams often occur during their operation.Studies have shown that the carbon emissions generated by trucks transporting containers in the process of having to wait due to terminal congestion is one of the main sources of carbon emissions from container terminals. Therefore,it is of great significance to solve the problem of terminal traffic congestion through reasonable dispatch of container trucks. As a core transportation tool of the container terminal, the truck is indispensable for the loading and unloading operations inside the terminal. In addition,as a container storage and transfer site, the operation of the yard is also closely related to the dispatch of trucks. This paper aims to alleviate the traffic congestion of container trucks in berths and yard areas by optimizing the yard allocation and loading and unloading scheduling of transshipment containers, and at the same time achieve the effective reduction of the terminal's carbon emissions, and solve the truck traffic congestion and Relevant problems provide feasible solutions.First of all,the theoretical basis of the problem is analyzed and sorted out in detail, which leads to the research problems of this article.By analyzing the components of container terminal resources and sorting out the container terminal operation mode and yard operations, understand the components of the resource terminal and the operation process, and further analyze the traffic congestion situation of the trucks and the influencing factors of carbon emissions, leading to the research in this paper.Secondly, based on the consideration of the possible congestion of container trucks at the berths and yards of the docks, the large transit container terminal is discussed by simultaneously minimizing the travel distance of the trucks and the waiting time of the trucks during the movement between the berths and yards The problem of traffic congestion in the trucks in China.Aiming at this problem, the thesis establishes a two-objective optimizing model for truck dispatching, and decides on the operation plan of the transshipment container during the planning period. Finally, for the above two-objective optimization model, this paper uses NSGA-? algorithm to solve, and based on the actual reference data to carry out a large number of numerical simulations of the model, through the collation and analysis of experimental data, the effectiveness and feasibility of the model and algorithm are verified And further carried out calculation and analysis of carbon emissions, providing theoretical guidance for container terminals to solve problems related to truck congestion and carbon emissions. The above research results show that the proposed dual-objective optimization model of truck dispatch considering traffic congestion and the adopted NSGA-? algorithm can provide decision-making reference opinions on truck terminal truck dispatching methods and storage yard storage strategies, and make plans for Analysis and effectiveness evaluation are of great significance for effectively solving the problem of container terminal traffic congestion and achieving efficient operation and green development of container port areas.
