During the practical engineering jobs, concrete, as an important adhesive in theactual operation of the project, is always demanded to complete the proportioning andmixing of various materials on site. And quantitative weighing is a vital part indetermining the quality factor of production.Based on the characteristics of actual application on marine engineering, thisdissertation proposes a type of distributing and weighing system, which focus on twoissues: the research of dynamic weighing and the optimization of weighting precision.According to the actual work flow, for saving space, a three layers structuredesign is presented, which completes the basic function of system.For the function design, this system includes seven function module, respectively,on-site real-time monitoring, information acquisition and processing, data and reportsmanagement, human-computer interaction and self-diagnosis protection.The hardware design consists of two parts, shipboard control center and on-sitecontrol units. The shipboard control center is set up in the engine room, and allservices will be processed through IPC. The field control units And the weighingsensors, signal conditioning circuits, instruments, PLC and other components areformed the field control unit, which is used to complete the field informationacquisition, data processing and device control.In order to solve accuracy optimization problem, the dissertation gives specificanalysis of factors that may affect the accuracy of this system and puts forward someoptimization designs and improvement measures which focus on the weighingmethod, weighing circuit, batching process and material flow.Finally, choosing STEP-7programming software to write the system controlprocedures, applying WinCC software to monitor and control the system withreal-time monitoring function, and designing the main control interface, respectively,the system control screen, fault diagnosis screen, parameter setting screen,parameter check and transmission chart etc. In addition, the system developed for thereporting system, the print job can be completed and the data is stored.
