Study On Development Path Of International Supply Chain Management Center In Tianjin Airport Zone

Tianjin is one of the important central cities in China.It occupies an important strategic position and is located in the core area of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,one of the three major economic circles in China.Tianjin has obvious transportation advantages and has many favorable conditions to support the development of the logistics industry.However,the development of Tianjin aviation logistics is not satisfactory.In 2018,the cargo throughput of Tianjin Binhai International Airport was 258,000 tons,ranking only 14 th in the country,and there was a negative growth of 3.6% year-on-year.The traditional method of promote the development of Tianjin’s aviation logistics is often to increase the size of cargo terminals,encrypt freight routes,etc.,and the effect is limited.Learning the advanced experience of aviation logistics development in Singapore,Hong Kong and other regions,it can be seen that the construction of an international supply chain management center and the integration of supply chain to create a regional logistics industry ecology is the correct way to promote the development of Tianjin aviation logistics.This paper systematically studies the experience of aviation logistics development in Singapore,Hong Kong and Incheon,then combines the Supply Chain Management Process Standards to refine and summarize the connotation of the International Supply Chain Management Center.Then,a comprehensive analysis of the basic environment of Tianjin Airport Zone to construct International Supply Chain Management Center was carried out.It helps to identify the development advantages of Tianjin Airport Zone and to recognize the existing shortcomings and deficiencies.Next,it conducts in-depth research on the Airbus Asia Supply Chain Management Center located in Tianjin Airport Zone,to analyze its development path as a Single-industry Supply Chain Management Center,providing reference for Tianjin Airport Zone to construct Integrated Supply Chain Management Center.After determining the specific connotation of the International Supply Chain Management Center and having an objective understanding of the development foundation of Tianjin Airport Zone,the Interpretative Structural Modeling Method is used to calculate and derive the general causal path to construct the International Supply Chain Management Center,and further propose the specific implementation path of the International Supply Chain Management Center in Tianjin Airport Zone.Strive to promote the development of Tianjin aviation logistics and international trade through the construction of the International Supply Chain Management Center,and promote the healthy and efficient growth of the regional economy.
