| Avionic system is an indispensable part in civil aircraft.With the continuous upgrade of avionic system,the Integrated Modular Avionics(IMA)has been applied to the new generation of civil aircraft.In the framework of IMA,the remote data concentrator has a vital effect on the information exchange between different types of aviation bus data.Due to the current remote data concentrator developed based on Windows system has shortcomings in the real-time output signal.As a result,the research of the remote data concentrator based on the real-time operating system is of great significance to guarantee the real-time performance of the avionic simulation system.This paper introduces the remote data concentrator developed based on VxWorks operating system can provide stable real-time bus data signals for avionic simulation system.the research is on the basis of three kinds of aeronautical bus data consisting of ARINC429 bus data,AFDX bus data and discrete signal data.Taking semi-physical simulation technology of avionics system to build a complete,stable remote data concentrator with data transformation,information configuration,and data monitoring.Firstly,based on the analysis of functional requirements of the remote data concentrator,proposing the design principles and design goals of the remote data concentrator and designing the overall architecture of the remote data concentrator and building the system hierarchical model,and researching on the data types of the aviation bus,the mode of sending and receiving and the hardware platform of the remote data concentrator.Secondly,completing the research and design of the ARINC429 board and discrete control card based on PCI-E,and building a hardware platform based on VxWorks system,on this basis,the functional module of the remote data concentrator is designed in detail.Mainly including coding,Decoding module,data conversion module,system configuration module,data buffer module,data monitoring module.Finally,a complete test plan is proposed according to the design goals of the remote data concentrator,and the function of the remote data concentrator is tested.The experimental results prove that the remote data concentrator can achieve the design of the expected function.The time delay of the data can reach milliseconds,which can better meet the real-time requirements of the avionic simulation system for bus data transmission,and provide support for the development and verification of the new generation of avionic system.Therefore,the remote data concentrator designed based on VxWorks system in this paper can meet the design requirements. |
