Research On Location Planning Of Logistics Park Center In Zhejiang Greater Bay Area

Since the Guangdong-Hong kong-Macao greater bay area was included in the One Belt and One Road strategic plan and became an important national development region,the economic development model of the bay area has become the development trend of China's first-class city clusters.As a big economic province,Zhejiang has also started the construction strategy of the greater bay area of Zhejiang province.The overall goal of building Zhejiang greater bay area is to build it into a green,intelligent,harmonious and beautiful modern international greater bay area.As an important part of economic and social construction,the logistics industry is playing an increasingly important role in the efficient and coordinated development of Zhejiang greater bay area.As an important element of the logistics industry,the reasonable layout of the logistics park determines the efficiency of the logistics network.This paper firstly puts forward the background and significance of logistics park center site selection research in Zhejiang greater bay area,analyzes and studies the current research situation at home and abroad,and determines the research route of logistics park center site selection planning.Then,the definition,classification and functions of logistics park are summarized.Then,the development status of logistics industry in greater bay area of Zhejiang province is analyzed,and the necessity of logistics park center location is explained.As the focus of the construction of Zhejiang greater bay area,this paper conducts an empirical study on the central planning and site selection of logistics park in the core area of Hangzhou bay economic zone.The empirical study was carried out in three steps.First,based on the characteristics of the greater bay area,the site selection principle and influencing factors were analyzed.The logistics park site selection evaluation index system was established by using the analytic hierarchy process.Second,through Internet search engines and field research methods,the operation situation of logistics parks in major cities of the Hangzhou bay economic zone is obtained,and the optimal site selection scheme of logistics park center with economic benefits is preliminarily selected by using the precise gravity method.The third is to use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the preliminary site selection scheme of each city logistics park center.At last,according to the results of the logistics park location selection from geographical location,resource conditions,market demand is analyzed,and summarized in this paper,the research achievements and shortcomings,and put forward on the development of logistics park in Zhejiang large bay area advantage kinetic energy,improve the logistics informationization level,strong support from the government.
