The construction of intelligent substations relies on integrated control systems and high-reliability equipment to realize digitalization of equipment information,integration of functions,compactness of structures,and maintenance status,and ultimately achieve the goal of simple and efficient operation and maintenance.There are many problems in the secondary equipment of intelligent substations currently under construction.The configuration of secondary systems in the stations has not decreased,and there has been a problem of duplication of allocation among various specialties.This not only increases the construction cost,but also increases the difficulty of maintenance and the workload.It restricts the development of intelligent substations,so it is urgent to optimize and integrate the secondary equipment inside intelligent substations.This article first briefly introduced the three-tier and two-network structure of 220 kV Xianxian East Intelligent Substation,including the equipments contained in the station control layer,bay layer and process layer,and the functions of each layer,as well as the roles of the station control layer network and the process layer network,and elaborated the intelligent substations.Among the more critical technologies,the IEC 61850 standard,the merging unit,and the intelligent terminal;then the station control layer equipment,bay layer equipment,and process layer equipment were optimized and integrated respectively,and the equipment configuration scheme and cabinet arrangement scheme were given respectively,simplifying the The secondary equipment in each layer avoids the redundant configuration.In addition,the secondary equipment in the intelligent substation is modularly divided,and the screen cabinets in the prefabricated cabin are completed.The location of the equipment was arranged,and the solution of cabinets in the prefabricated cabin was given.The prefabricated cables were used to standardize the connection of the optical cables and cables between primary equipment and secondary equipment and secondary equipment.After using the methods in this paper to integrate and optimize the secondary equipment in the intelligent substation,the number of secondary equipment can be reasonably reduced,the room area of the secondary equipment room can be compressed,the wiring can be simplified,the on-site construction workload can be reduced,and the energy consumption can be reduced.Operation and maintenance workload,while improving the level of substation operation management,promote the construction of intelligent grid.
