Design Of Guiding Service Facilities For The Aging Of Urban Public Transport

With the rapid aging of China's population,the government is also constantly taking corresponding measures to alleviate the impact of population aging on national development and even human society.At present,the material living standard is constantly improving,and the ability of the elderly to accept new things is also gradually increasing.We should encourage them to actively participate in social life according to their own abilities and needs.Traffic travel,objectively speaking,is an important way for the elderly to obtain social resources and participate in social life.Public transport facilities are very important material guarantee in transportation activities,and travel guidance determines the efficiency and quality of travel,but at present,the research on aging design in China is still insufficient.This paper uses the thinking and methods of service design to study and design the urban public transport facilities from the perspective of travel guidance for the elderly.Firstly,we study the aging group and travel situation,determine the target group and establish the user model.Secondly,it summarizes the different types of travel modes of the target elderly population,analyzes the existing urban public transport guidance services by using the user experience map and service touchpoint matrix,understands the existing travel guidance service experience and demand blind spots of the elderly population,and then determine the design expectation.Thirdly,optimize the existing service process,through stakeholder analysis,service system diagram and service blueprint for further in-depth analysis and research,build the aging guidance service system of urban public transport,and design the physical touchpoints and digital touchpoints in the service system according to the importance weight of the service touchpoints.Finally,the design practice scheme is verified,and the deficiencies in the design are optimized to improve the feasibility of the design.This paper upgrades the service mode of the traditional urban public transport guidance facilities,simplifies the information acquisition process and enriches the perception mode through the improvement and reconstruction of the service contact point,so as to make it conform to the cognition and use habits of the elderly,comprehensively improve the travel search efficiency of the elderly,help the elderly better carry out spatial cognition,and create a systematic travel for the elderly Service guarantee.The results of this paper not only improve the travel experience of the elderly,but also bring new ideas for the service research system of public transport facilities in the aging City,and also provide design reference and theoretical basis for the design research in related fields.
