The Design And Implementation Of Substation Operation And Maintenance Management System

At present,the power system of our country is developing rapidly,and the original power plants and power enterprises are ushering in the information age.If the operation and maintenance management of the corresponding electric power enterprise substation is not modernized and informationized.Power companies and other enterprises in the current Internet era will face great pressure.At present,electric power enterprises often spend a lot of manpower and material resources to carry out the operation and maintenance management of substations.Cumbersome and complicated paper records seriously reduce the work efficiency of employees.It is also difficult for the management of electric power enterprises to grasp the status,defects and other information of equipment in a timely manner,which is not conducive to the effective management of electric power equipment.In order to realize the informationization of substation operation and maintenance management,break the disadvantages of traditional manual management mode,and make electric power enterprises create better operation benefits,it is very necessary to design and develop the substation operation and maintenance management system.This paper is mainly based on substation maintenance of power companies,sorting out the needs of substation maintenance.Design and implement a Transformer Operation management System(TOMS).so as to realize the paper data informatization and data sharing in the substation operation and maintenance.The operation and maintenance production team of substation can record the operation and maintenance status of the substation into the operation and maintenance management system in a timely manner.The operation and maintenance management system will save the entered data and process them when appropriate.Operation and maintenance management personnel and enterprise management personnel can understand and analyze the operation situation of the substation under their control through the data of the system,and finally propose the overhaul technical transformation plan of the substation to the maintenance personnel through the analysis.Based on the current situation of substation operation and maintenance personnel,this paper puts forward the demand analysis and studies the early theory of substationoperation and maintenance management system.In the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements,on the basis of in-depth study,get the corresponding architecture,architecture design for substation operations management system set up,the whole substation operations management system can be divided into five big modules to carry on the design and implementation,the content includes operation and maintenance duty module,equipment inspection module,routine live detectionmodule,operation ticket module,andappliance management module.It is implemented by using Java development language,SQL database,B/S system architecture,Windows IIS development platform,and finally carries out system security test and performance test.The system has been applied in the operation and maintenance management system of substation in order to improve and perfect it in daily management.
