Design And Implementation Of Substation Operation Management System

As an important link of power transmission,substation is an important guarantee for safe and reliable operation of power system.Substation operators,as the main body of substation management,need to master the operation of electrical equipment in real time,and to record,through statistics and analysis,to prepare for the development of maintenance plans,but also need to timely find equipment defects,maintenance.Therefore,by relying on the advantages of information and network technology,a substation operation management system suitable for substations is developed.This paper takes the substation substation operation management system of a power supply company as the research object.Firstly,the background of this topic is studied and the research significance is analyzed.Then,the current situation of substation operation management system at home and abroad is studied from theoretical research and application research.On the basis of the investigation,the object-oriented method is used to study the software of substation operation management system.User requirements,through the analysis of present situation and problems in equipment management,maintenance management,defect management,management,operation management and system management has established the substation business processes,and combining with the working condition of the transformer substation,constructs the substation running management of the business model,and from the economic feasibility,technical feasibility and management feasibility from three aspects,demonstrates the feasibility of the construction of the substation running management system.On the basis of demand analysis,the general design and detailed design of the system are studied,and the network structure and software architecture of the system are analyzed.Through the study of the common information model,the suitable substation operation management model is analyzed,and on this basis,the database suitable for the substation business needs is designed.Finally,a web-based substation operation management system is developed by using software and information technology,which enables substation operators to monitor the operation of the entire substation through a browser and check the operation of substation equipment at any time.The system mainly realized the equipment management,maintenancemanagement,defect management,work ticket management,operation management,system management and other main functions.On the one hand,the system integrates the substation’s various businesses,so that the work can be carried out in accordance with the process,improve the work efficiency,on the other hand,it can statistical equipment information,can assist the administrator to make decisions;At the same time,the system is simple to operate,easy to use,good expansibility,can adapt to the requirements of substation development in the future.
