At present, Energy consumption has gradually formed a large capacity, long-distance transport form, So the scale of power grid increased rapidly. With the rapid development of the grid, transformer substation is the electrical power transmission substation hub, which directly determines the healthy operation of the security grid. With the increase of power grid equipment, production personnel facing increasing pressure, the emergence of intelligent robots greatly alleviate the problem of labor shortage, At present, how to maximize the rational allocation of human resources, to form a scientific and reliable management and control system, to take advantage of extensive electrical data% network information and intelligent new technology, control electrical equipment in the substation Reasonably and efficiently, is important for safe and reliable operation of the entire grid.The analysis of Transformer substation which is a collection of most of the power grid substation equipment of operation personnel management and new production technology is the foundation of the research on management and control.So, in the context of the rapid development of the power grid, this paper based on the lifting operation and maintenance personnel management efficiency, allocate rational human resources, analysis substation equipment running management and control of specific operational data, promote the application of new technology and equipment, promote the operation and maintenance of robot-based intelligent inspection technology and other new technology equipment substation operation control practice, has been in-depth exploration of thinking and research.First, based on the development mode of power grid, Combined with the status of manpower resources related to substation operation and maintenance, this paper analyzes the management system of personnel, puts forward the problems and main shortcomings of the traditional way through longitudinal comparison of traditional management mode and new management mode, sum up the key points to improve the new management system, as a research focus.Combined with the modern measurement and control technology, this paper adapt to the new situation and eliminate the traditional problems and shortcomings as the goal, form new high-efficiency operation and maintenance of variable-voltage mode of operation, which provide an important reference for further development and promotion and implementation.Secondly, Based on the existing basic conditions, combined with the actual situation of the substation site, the main problems encountered after the change of management methods are the target direction, the difficulties in the field work are analyzed, and the main function of the robot technology in operation and maintenance work is further proposed. Development objectives, combined with field application research, refinement, improve its function, in order to enhance the reliability and accuracy of the principle of the maximum to make up for and eliminate the operation and maintenance mode changes brought about by new problems, the liberation of the site staff work pressure, as a large-scale substation operation and maintenance work to explore the practice, and then form the results of the system.Thirdly, from the aspects of system and technology, the new management mode of transformer substation operation is analyzed in depth, and the actual effect of quantification is explained, which proves that under the new unattended operation system, intelligent inspection system has played an effective role, and truly enhance the work efficiency, saving the cost of resources, while ensuring the safety of equipment, and then to promote the implementation of comprehensive provide theoretical and practical basis.Finally, we summarize the theoretical results of this study, in conjunction with other relevant research, and build framework "to adapt to the substation control study of power grid construction and rapid development as a precondition", and elaborate system management and operation and maintenance of substation equipment operation analysis of assessment methods to determine, in order to achieve a unified combination of theoretical research and scientific practice.
