As an important link in the construction industry,the management and calculation methods of project cost are constantly changing and developing towards the direction of computer computerization.As one of the important specialties in engineering cost,the development speed of installation cost lags behind that of civil construction cost,and the traditional way is not only inefficient but also has big error compared with the overall computerization It will have an important impact on the overall cost of the project,so it is urgent to popularize the full computerization of the installation cost.There are many subjective and objective problems in the process of popularization of computerization of installation cost,which restrict the development of installation cost.And as an important link in the cost work,improving the accuracy of the calculation of engineering quantity is the foundation of the accuracy of the calculation of the later engineering cost.Therefore,we should start with installing the calculation software This paper makes a comparative analysis of the installation calculation software commonly used in the field of architecture,and combining with the engineering practice and experience,probes into the improvement direction of installation calculation software.In this paper,after combing out the development status of installed software at home and abroad,we use AHP to compare and analyze the current domestic mainstream installed software.The evaluation system for the installation of software is obtained through six primary indicators such as installation evaluation,functional evaluation,and security evaluation,and whether it is based on 19 secondary indicators such as CAD platform and installationcomplexity.To find out the factors that influence the evaluation in the process of use,and then analyze the improvement measures of installing the calculation software.Secondly,this article combines the engineering practice of the XX Building in Guangxi,and uses the two installed mainstream software of Glodon(BIM installation measurement GQI 2019)and Thsware(BIM installation calculation2019 for CAD professional version)for comparative analysis.Comparing the application of the two software to put forward the application examples and improvement directions of various professional calculations in the installation project,so as to reach the conclusion of this article-give full consideration to the experience of the calculation staff.From the perspective of user requirements,improve the tabular type or three-dimensional graphics type calculation software,including operating interface,function,accuracy,etc.,so that the installation calculation software can adapt to the needs of complex engineering,but also easy for staff to perform operational calculations.In the end,the trend and requirement of informatization development in the field of construction engineering are put forward in the light of the improvement of software installation.
