Study On The Site Sellection Of Affordable Housing In Liu Zhou City

The construction of affordable housing is related to people’s livelihood and social stability.With the support of the national policy,the government of Liuzhou has made remarkable achievements in the construction of affordable housing in recent years.However,many problems have also been exposed in the process of rapid construction,which has led to the abandonment of many middle-and low-income people and the unexpected effect of security work has not been achieved.Through research,it is found that inappropriate location of affordable housing is a prominent problem.Under such a realistic background,it is of great significance to study the location factors of affordable housing and construct the location model of affordable housing in Liuzhou.Firstly,through the analysis and summary of the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the location of affordable housing,as well as the experience of advanced urban affordable housing location and construction practice,this paper preliminarily extracts the general influencing factors of the location of affordable housing;secondly,the projects of affordable housing in Liuzhou is investigated,and the specific factors affecting the location of affordable housing in Liuzhou are summarized.Afterwards,an impression factor system based on land development cost,public transport travel,management mode,supporting service facilities and employment opportunities is constructed.Combining with the relevant planning and urban development characteristics of Liuzhou City,the location model of affordable housing in Liuzhou City is established,and the model is used to quantitatively compare and analyze the candidate plots.Finally,the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the location of affordable housing in Liuzhou and other cities in Guangxi province。...
