Research On The Application Of BIM In The Operation And Maintenance Management Of Track Equipment In Subway Depot

Subway depot is an important component of subway operation system.It is responsible for the maintenance of subway vehicle,subway lines and subway system.It is also an important facility which guarantees the subway system work safely and correctly.As a major innovation technology,BIM has been developed rapidly and used widely in the construction industry.The research using BIM technology to build the operation and maintenance management system of track equipment in subway depot not only helps to improve the management efficiency,but also has great significance to the application and development of BIM technology in subway field.The research concentrating on two aspects: the method of building BIM model of track equipment and the management function of the track equipment based on BIM,has carried out the following studies:(1)Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of subway equipment management,combined with the characteristics of BIM Technology,the paper expounded the advantages of BIM technology in metro project operation stage,and analyzed the requirements of the operation and maintenance management system of track equipment in subway depot.(2)The paper summarized the basic process of modeling with Revit as the core modeling software of BIM.(3)According to the characteristics of the component of subway track equipment,the parameterized family library of subway track equipment had been established based on Autodesk Revit and the methods of nesting family(4)Through the secondary development of Revit,the paper used Visual Studio software to write programs,and used plug-ins to let the program run in Revit,in order to make the track equipment quickly constructed.(5)The paper analyzed the management requirements of the track equipment in subway depot.After this,on the basis of the successful establishment of the model,according to the analysis,the information database of the subway depot-which hadthe functions of viewing BIM model of the equipment,displaying the fault and managing the fault information-had been established by using SQL Server.Compared with the current management model,it can save time and improve efficiency.(6)Taking the actual project as an example,the research established the operation and maintenance management system of the subway depot,and realized the management of the equipment through the management system,which proved the feasibility and effect of the system.
