Study On The Coordinated Development Of Transportation And Land Use In High-speed Railway Station Area

High-speed railway plays a leading role in the construction of urban agglomeration,which has an important influence on the development of urban spatial structure.High-speed railway station is an important traffic node in the city,which is also an important gateway to the city image.The research on the coordinated development of transportation and land use in the area has a high important influence on guiding the formation of multi-center city,expanding the scope of the metropolitan area,and forming city group which supports regional development.Therefore,this paper takes the high-speed railway station area as the research object,explores the characteristics of transportation and land use in the area,and puts forward the coordinated development strategy according to its characteristics.Firstly,from the perspective of the city space texture,this paper tries to define the scope of high-speed railway station based on the examples of planning domestic high-speed railway station.Meanwhile,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research,the interactive relationship between the characteristics of transportation and land use in the area has been analyzed.Secondly,based on the connotation of coordinated development,a comprehensive evaluation system of transportation and land use in high-speed railway station area is constructed according to the PSR evaluation framework of transportation and land use in the area.The comprehensive evaluation indexes are also proposed while the calculation formula of each index is given in the paper.By using the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method,a comprehensive evaluation model is established to support the coordinated development of transportation and land use in the area.Finally,the coordinated development strategies of transportation and land use in high speed railway station area are summarized according to the main influencing factors.Then,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the three aspects of the transfer facilities,the land use pattern and the traffic flow organization,and puts forwards some suggestions for improvement.
