Research On Construction Technology Of Steel Structure For A Super High-Rise Building

With the rapid development of China's economy,super-high-rise buildings are more and more widely used in China,more ultra-high-rise buildings will be springing up all over the country.Because the steel structure has the characteristics of high strength,light weight and superior seismic performance,it is often used in super-high-rise buildings.The construction technology of super high-rise steel structure engineering is a scientific means to realize engineering design,which directly affects the safety,quality and progress of the construction process of super high-rise steel structure engineering,and can improve the market competitiveness of steel structure enterprises.In this paper,a super high-rise steel structure engineering construction project as the research object,the whole process of construction of the key technology research,the topic from the engineering practice,has a clear application value.Starting with the research on the development status and key construction technology of super-high-rise steel structure at home and abroad,this paper introduces the deepening design steps of super-high-rise steel structure,and analyzes the difficulty of deepening the design,and gives the key points of implementation,on the basis of extensive reading of the relevant literatures of super high-rise steel structure engineering construction.Through the common forms of super-high-rise steel structure components,this paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of processing and making super high-rise steel structure components,and summarizes the technical control points of machining process and technology of a super high-rise steel structure member.According to the analysis of hoisting condition of a super high-rise steel structure,the measures to install the key construction technology and quality assuranceare obtained,and the reliability of the installation is demonstrated.Finally,the connection method between the field components of super-high-rise steel structure building is studied and summarized.It provides a reference basis for similar super high-rise steel structure engineering construction.
