The scale of urbanization in China is increasing,although the increasing number of high-rise buildings in the city has greatly eased the tension in urban land use.However,due to its high vertical height,complicated internal structure,many fire hazards,large population density,high-rise buildings will cause fires in high-rise buildings if they are careless.People's lives and property are lost,so the safety of fire in high-rise buildings is extremely important.If high-rise buildings adopt actual fire simulation and personnel evacuation drills,they often consume a lot of manpower and material resources,and also cause large errors.The BIM technology has the advantages of visibility,relevance and completeness.On the one hand,it can be quickly converted into a fire and evacuation simulation model by using the building BIM model,which improves the simulation efficiency and accuracy.On the other hand,the BIM model can store all the information of the entire life cycle of the building from design,construction to operation,and improve the level of fire safety informatization in high-rise buildings.The main research contents of this article include:(1)Theoretical discussion of high-rise building fire research.Starting from the combustion mechanism of the fire,the essence of the fire combustion process is revealed,then the various stages of the general fire development process are analyzed,and then the combustion model of the fire numerical simulation and the basic conservation equations it follows are analyzed as Subsequent research laid the theoretical foundation.(2)The establishment of BIM high-rise building fire safety early warning model.Starting from the basic concept of BIM,its narrow and broad connotations are explained,the main characteristics of BIM technology are analyzed,and then the storage and conversion process of BIM model information is explained.Combining the advantages of BIM technology,a fire safety early warning model for high-rise buildings based on BIM is proposed,and the work content of its six sub-models,such as building fire protection design,fire equipment operation and maintenance management,etc.(3)Fire simulation and personnel evacuation simulation.Taking the office and commercial complex in a shantytown renovation project in a living area in Xi'an as an example,the BIM model of the high-rise building was established in Revit software,which was imported into Pyrosim software and Pathfinder software in DXF format respectively a 10MW t~2 type fire occurred in the second-floor shopping mall area.By comparing the fire simulation and the evacuation simulation results,it can be determined that the personnel can be evacuated to a safe place within the available time for safe evacuation,and the corresponding safety hazards exposed during the simulation process are proposed Optimization measures and suggestions.Finally,the feasibility of the BIM fire safety early warning model in high-rise buildings was verified.
