| The ancient town of Fenghuang in Zhashui County has a history of 1400 years and is well preserved.The traditional dwellings in the ancient town belong to modern historical sites and representative buildings in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,and have high historical and social value.However,with the development of society and economy,people's lifestyles have undergone dramatic changes.Traditional residential spaces are increasingly unable to meet people's needs.Coupled with the blind reconstruction of ancient town residents,the traditional residential spaces of Fenghuang Ancient Town have been greatly challenged.Therefore,how to maintain the traditional values of traditional dwellings as a carrier of life while adapting to the transformation of contemporary lifestyles is a worthwhile change Research issues.This article conducts research based on the logic of asking,analyzing,and solving problems.The full text consists of seven chapters: the first chapter is an introduction,which provides the background and significance of this article,and clarifies the meaning and research scope of the three keywords: "lifestyle","traditional residential space" and "renewal".The current situation of foreign research determines the research direction of this article.In chapter two,through literature and interviews,I first reviewed the historical lifestyle of Fenghuang Ancient Town in terms of business life,farming life,Qin and Chu culture,traditional concepts,family structure,and residential life.The characteristics of the traditional dwellings in the historical period of ancient towns are restored to lay the foundation for the changing characteristics of lifestyles and traditional spaces.The third chapter is mainly based on field surveys and questionnaires.Sort out,analyze and summarize the current status of three types of courtyard space,patio courtyard and backyard space,commercial space,living space and space comfort,and provide targeted questions for updating the design.Chapter 4 summarizes the historical period,transition period,Lifestyle and Biography in Three Ages of the Contemporary Spatial characteristics and evolution,to explore the adaptive changes and incompatibility issues caused by the changes in lifestyles of traditional residential houses in ancient towns.Based on the characteristics of contemporary times,this article proposes ancient town maintenance and renovation,residential performance improvement and tourism-led business based on the characteristics of the ancient town.Three modes of space update determine the direction of the update design;Chapters 5 and 6 propose specific update methods and carry out practical design.Aiming at the maintenance and renewal model of ancient buildings,the relevant theories of the Italian school were sorted out,and the methods of protection and restoration of Italian historical buildings were selected.;At the same time,in the face of new living needs,from the space reorganization and optimization,comparison of old and new space,fun space to create a method to summarize the integrity and update of the space,and from the lighting and ventilation,heat insulation,waterproof and moisture,kitchen and bathroom space renewal in building comfort Measures to improve performance.Chapter 7 summarizes the research and points out the shortcomings.Fenghuang ancient town in Zhashui County is in an important transformation stage,and the traditional residential space in the ancient town is also in urgent need of updating to adapt to the modern lifestyle of residents,so that the traditional residential can be used by villagers,inherit and continue the value of traditional residential. |
