Research On Transformation Development And Planning Promotion Strategy Of Man Chuanguan Ancient Town Under The Guidance Of Vacation Tourism

In the early 1990 s,the national tourism administration began to advocate the development of vacation tourism.Since then,holiday tourism has been given the important task of changing the structure of traditional Chinese tourism products.In recent years,our country social economy develops rapidly,the national leisure time increases gradually,has provided the good growth space for the development of our country holiday tourism.At the same time,with the gradual rise of historical and cultural consumption,the ancient town tourism is increasingly favored by people.However,there is an established life cycle of tourism in ancient towns.While achieving great development,a series of problems such as single structure of tourism products,narrow space for tourism development,and serious commercialization phenomenon arise.Therefore,the study of ancient town tourism transformation development is far-reaching.This paper firstly analyzes the theories of "tourism motivation","vacation motivation","tourism destination life cycle",and the research results of ancient town tourism,ancient town vacation tourism,and ancient town tourism transformation and development at home and abroad,providing a theoretical basis for the research and judgment of the transformation and development of ancient town tourism and path choice.Second to Man Chuan Guan town as the object of empirical study,tourist hotels,tourism city GDP per capita quantitative indicators,Man Chuan Guan ancient town tourism destination life cycle for the division,and further analyzes the resource utilization,product development,issues such as space development,demonstrates the necessity of transformation Man Chuan Guan ancient town tourism development.On the basis of the ancient town tourism evaluation index system,tourism resort evaluation index system and related research results issued by the state and the existing provinces and cities,this paper USES the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the ancient town vacation tourism destination evaluation index system,so as to achieve the evaluation of the development status of the ancient town vacation tourism.Final goal oriented,holiday in on regional tourism industry development present situation and trend analysis,on the basis of reference to a typical town vacation tourism development mode,choose the Man Chuan Guan town holiday transformation development path,and further proposes the corresponding planning promotion strategy,finally realizes the Man Chuan Guan town vacation tourism development ability of subjective and objective demand balance.
