Research On Spatial Optimization Of The Manchuanguan Ancient Town Under The Background Of Tourism Development

Our tourist industry has comprehensively integrated in strategic system of country in China,and turned into pillar industry of national economy,it played a very important function in social life,the ancient town abstracted large numbers of tourists with it's profound cultural background.In the promoting cultural travel under the background of famous town construction work in Shangxi,a lot of ancient towns grasped opportunity and obtained development in Shangxi,becoming residence's tourist destination of nearby areas.The rapid development of travel has changed the function of ancient town,it has become living place with commerce,culture,amusement,shopping from single living function.On account of original residence and tourist have different functional requirements,so the space layout of ancient town affected due to this reason,the urban landscape also need to adapt to the development of tourist industry and tourist demand.This article selected cultural tourist famous town in Shangxi,Manchuan ancient town,a 4A level tourist attraction of country as researching object.The current situation function of ancient town,space layout and urban landscape carried out deep analysis,It found that Manchuan ancient town existed incomplete function division,unreasonable layout,landscape coordination level and other problems in the rapidly developed process of tourist industry.In order to the construction of ancient town was more adapted to the development of tourist industry,this article researched three aspects from adjusting the function division of ancient town,optimizing space layout of ancient town,renovating and promoting the landscape of ancient town.It mainly divided six chapters: the first chapter analyzed advantage and disadvantage brought by tourist development of ancient town from era background,political background,reality demand,the research content and frame of this article was confirmed according to related theoretical research;the second chapter expounded basic situation and current status of development at Manchuan ancient town,unscrambled and analyzed each item without planning;the third chapter was aimed to analyzed the problem brought by ancient town for current situation function division and travel development,and proposed function adjusted strategy for after the function and structure judgment,to readjust functional plate;the fourth chapter was to research and judge the existing problem of ancient town current situation space layout,and proposed the thinking of space layout optimization to promote travel development in four aspects from greenbelt system,living space,cultural tour,adequate and systematic service,to optimize the space layout of ancient town,;the fifth chapter was to analyze the character and problem research for current landscape of ancient town,overall landscape construction method and the strategy for renovation and improvement of architecture landscape that was suitable for travel development was proposed;the sixth chapter is research conclusion and prospect.With regard to the research of space optimization at Manchuan ancient town,at the first place,the adjusting strategy of function division proposed in three aspects from residential function relief,cultural function implantation,and service function improvement.Through the living function to perform effective relief,and the display,communication,experience function of core cultural implantation,to carry out function adjustment for industry improvement and complete facility for commerce,public service and so on aspects,to complete ancient town division of travel type.In the second place,come up with the complete ecological green belt system should be constructed for the space layout of travel type ancient town,optimizing living space of ancient town,establishing cultural tour system,completing adequate and systematic service system,scientifically distributing the layout of land utilization,to guarantee the function reasonably implementation after adjusted.In the end,it was proposed to intensify the character pattern of “Ren”of ancient town,on the basis of relationship between tourist attractions,creating sight-galley,controlling height division.To renovate and improve the architecture style,color and environmental landscape,so that the architecture and environmental scenic area is not only coordinating and unifying,but also display the cultural travel feature of ancient town.This article solved the problem which brought by the rapid development of the travel for the function,space,and landscape,provided guarantee for the developing construction of travel,at the same time,it also provided the reference of space optimizing strategy for the similar type ancient town in Shannan and even the whole nation.
