In recent years,due to the expansion of the size of the city and the increase in the population,urban transportation problems have been exacerbated.In order to alleviate urban transportation problems,China has put forward the concept of giving priority to the development of urban public transportation.In the context of vigorously developing public transportation,how to formulate reasonable fares to encourage residents to choose public transportation and improve public service is an important issue facing the development of public transportation.This article takes urban public transport as the main research object,and takes bus fare research as the main content of urban public transport system research,so as to pave the way for understanding the overall fare policy of urban public transport.Firstly,by reading the relevant literature,the method of formulating domestic and foreign public transport fares is explained,and the status of domestic and foreign fare ticket systems is analyzed.Secondly,based on the principles of system dynamics,the urban public transportation fare system is divided into three subsystems for analysis and modeling by analyzing the urban public transportation fare system,and determined according to the causal relationship between the variables of each subsystem and the feedback loop The system's internal feedback mechanism draws a causality diagram and a system flow diagram of the system dynamics model,completes the establishment of various variable equations based on the determination of relevant parameters,and constructs a system dynamics model based on urban public transportation fares.Taking Weinan City as an example to analyze the current situation of Weinan City's public transportation system,using Vensim software to simulate the development of Weinan City's public transportation system from 2014 to 2019 and verify the effectiveness of the model.Then,assuming that the public transport sharing rate in Weinan City will reach35% and the bus swipe rate will reach 50% in 2025,and all bus ticket systems use a single ticket system,select the card discount rate and base fare to adjust and set the plan Based on the basic background and five kinds of fare plans,using the constructed urban public transport fare system dynamics model to simulate each fare plan,the bus operation under different fare plans is simulated.Finally,from the perspective of bus companies,government and passengers,select bus demand,operating income and financial subsidies as the evaluation indicators of the fare plan,set different weight coefficients of the evaluation indicators through the entropy weight method,and use TOPSIS method and gray correlation The method of combining methods to calculate and sort the fare plan.Finally,the recommended plan for public transportation in Weinan City was determined and the fare plan was discussed.
