The urban public transportation system is a comprehensive,complex,open and dynamic system.How to establish a corresponding evaluation system based on different evaluation objectives to evaluate the operation status of the system during the planning period is an important subject worth studying.The adaptability of traffic demand development is a difficult problem in public transportation planning.The public transportation evaluation model is the last and crucial part of public transportation planning.A complete urban public transportation virtual traffic simulation system should contain not only passenger flow prediction results,but also the ability to dynamically integrate multiple factors and multiple objectives for evaluation and decision making.This paper conducted deep research on multi-dimensional evaluation and software implementation of urban public transportation system based on user input and considering benefits.I have done the following work independently.Firstly,the paper analyzes the characteristics of urban public transportation system,and constructs a multi-dimensional urban public transportation evaluation index system from different perspectives,including network evaluation and adaptive evaluation.The applicability of the data envelopment analysis model(DEA),which is a common model of efficiency evaluation,is studied and applied.Based on the perspectives of passengers,government and public transport enterprises,the input-output system of DEA efficiency evaluation model is constructed.The BCC model is selected to evaluate the adaptability between public transport construction and city development.On this basis,the research results of this paper are programmed.Based on the existing urban traffic virtual simulation platform named TranStar,the platform evaluation and program decision-making module of the platform is constructed.The C++ language is used to read the platform data and complete the evaluation index system of urban public transportation system.The DEA model based on AHP preference cone is established by using Python language,and the corresponding user interaction interface and data transmission mechanism are designed.The research results of this paper will provide useful technical ideas and means for establishing multi-dimensional public transportation system efficiency evaluation system for different evaluation scenarios,and provide decision-making basis for urban public transportation system planning and operation management.
