Study On The Suitability Strategy Of The Renewal Of The Block System In The Historical District Of Sanyuan County

In the opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on further strengthening urban planning and construction management issued in 2016,China formally proposed that the block system should be promoted in new residential areas in China.As soon as the opinions were issued,many scholars began to discuss them,and at the same time,some cities began to carry out block system pilot work.This paper takes Sanyuan historical city as the research object.First of all,through the study of the characteristics of foreign traditional urban blocks,it discusses the strategy of the renewal of the urban block system which is suitable for the characteristics of Sanyuan historical city under the background of popularizing the block system at present,and plays a certain strategic supporting role for the historical city which also faces the problems of urban space failure,population loss and low vitality To promote the healthy and long-term continuation of the historical landscape,spatial pattern and local customs of the historical urban area.Through the study of the existing literature,this paper first discusses the relationship between the block and the block system.As "block" comes from foreign countries,and "block system" is the first time in China to issue "some opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on further strengthening urban planning and construction management",there are great differences in the nature of words and the content they cover.By combing the concept of "block" and "block system",this paper defines the concept of "block" and "block system",and summarizes the connotation of "block system".After that,this paper studies the guiding way of urban spatial planning with the connotation of block system.This paper summarizes the urban spatial characteristics of traditional block cities,such as Barcelona in Spain,Paris in France and Portland in the United States.From the three aspects of land mixed use,urban spatial scale and spatial environment,this paper makes a quantitative study on the urban spatial construction mode guided by block system,and summarizes a set of block system urban spatial characteristics indicators and their Scale and numerical range.In addition to the systematic analysis of the urban space construction under the guidance of the block system,this paper also studies the residential behavior and the characteristics of residents’ communication under the guidance of the block system,and finds that the community sense of belonging and the social ecological mechanism to promote the social class integration are developed within the block space based on the neighborhood emotion.Therefore,this paper establishes a block system of urban planning and guidance system,which can shape the unique residents’ neighborhood feelings through the guidance of urban spatial planning,and then enhance the vitality of urban internal space.In the evaluation report on the implementation of Sanyuan county’s urban master plan,the intention of urban renewal with "block system" as the core is put forward for the historical urban area of Sanyuan county.Therefore,this paper analyzes the building status and social characteristics of the historical urban area of Sanyuan county.Based on the investigation of the urban spatial characteristics of the historical urban area of Sanyuan County,and the analysis of the urban spatial indicators with the contents of the block system urban spatial indicators,the author thinks that the historical urban area of Sanyuan county has certain similarity with the block system urban spatial and social characteristics in terms of the macro spatial indicators.Then,the spatial indicators of the block system in the historical urban area of Sanyuan county are systematically summarized,and the spatial indicators of the historical urban area of Sanyuan county are classified and classified.Finally,this paper divides the spatial characteristics and social characteristics of Sanyuan historical city into regional differences,and completes the difference division of the characteristics of the block system in Sanyuan historical city.Through the coupling analysis of urban spatial indicators and social behavior characteristics in different districts,and the block system urban spatial indicator system and social characteristics,determine the coupling degree of block system characteristics in different regions,judge the differences between each region and block system urban space,and analyze the suitability of block system renewal.According to the suitability characteristics of block system renewal in different regions,the renewal strategies of block system in each region are determined.
