With the rapid development of smart grid technology,substation integrated automation technology has achieved significant improvement.However,the automatic operation functions of monitoring and operation and maintenance are still not perfect.For example,the majority of the switch-off operations still use the traditional manual one-by-one operation,which is far from being able to meet the development needs of the power system.Position double confirmation technology and security measures also need to be strengthened.With the continuous increase of the scale of the power grid,new and higher requirements are placed on the efficiency,timeliness and reliability of the power grid operation,and human resources have become more and more strained.Therefore,it is necessary to change the existing efficiency problems of monitoring,operation and inspection,and to improve the performance of the entire power grid,so that it is necessary to change the state where the safety monitoring and operation and maintenance of the intelligent substation cannot be organically combined.According to the research status at home and abroad,the development of an integrated system for substation safety monitoring and operation and maintenance is an inevitable trend to solve this problem.This article starts discussion and research on the following aspects: First,it introduces the research background of the integrated system of security monitoring and operation and maintenance,and its important role in the entire smart substation.Analyze the domestic and international status of intelligent substations,substation integrated automation systems,and security monitoring and operation and maintenance integration,so as to lay the theoretical support for this thesis.Second,carry out a system design for the integration of substation integrated automation security monitoring and operation and maintenance integration,and clarify the system operation scope,Equipment requirements,system architecture and functions and other design principles and requirements.Then,the key technologies involved in the integrated system are introduced and studied.The two-position confirmation technology and the one-button security measures technology are discussed,and their ideas and solutions are put forward for the use and optimization of the technology.Finally,combined with a 220 kv substation in Jilin Province to carry out an engineering case analysis,based on the status quo of the project,analyze the problems involved in the integrated transformation and carry out technical optimization design,propose a project transformation plan,and provide constructive suggestions for the actual engineering transformation.
