The Line Replaceable Unit(LRU)is the premise and basis for equipment maintainablity design and organizational maintenance support.Good LRU design can quickly repair fault equipment,maintain and restore equipment technical status.The traditional LRU partitioning method generally only considers the maintenance support factors in the service phase,while the influence of design factors is ignored,especially the economic and non-economic effects caused by the factors such as functional achievability,reliability,testability,and security,which often leads to unreasonable LRU division.Therefore,following the concept of equipment life cycle,the partitioning and optimization methods of LRU are researched systematically and deeply.The main research work of the thesis includes:(1)On the basis of investigating the traditional repair level analysis technology and the research status of LRU division,the influence of design factors such as reliability,maintainability and testability in the development stage are fully considered,a index system for LRU division which contains both the economic and non-economic factors of the life cycle is established.At last,and the overall planning of the LRU division method at different stages is carried out.(2)Considering the fact that the equipment design information is relatively complete while the supportability information is relatively coarse in the early stage of equipment development,the qualitative affecting factors of LRU division is analyzed,and the LRU qualitative division process based on the non-economic impact of the life cycle is studied.A trade-off strategy for division planning is proposed based on the analytic hierarchy process and set-pair analysis techniques.(3)For application scenarios where the economic factors and non-economic factors of the life cycle related to equipment maintenance are complete and accurate,the LRU optimization division process which takes into the availability and the cost is worked out,The multi-objective optimization mathematical model of division is established,and its computational complexity is analyzed.The LRU optimization partitioning method based on genetic algorithm is deeply studied and verified it by simulation.(4)The experimental verification is carried out with the case of the combined system of missile and flack of one anti-aircraft artillery.The multi-stage design information and maintenance support information of the system are investigated and obtained.The LRU partition experiment is carried out by using the qualitative division method and multi-objective comprehensive optimization method studied above,which proved the correctness and effectiveness of the LRU division theory.The rearch work sets a foundation for their practical application in equipment.
