Research On Transformation And Upgrading Mode Of Large Construction Enterprises

As the pillar industry of China's national economic development,construction industry plays an important role in promoting economic growth and improving people's quality of life.In recent years,economic development has entered a new normal,and the construction industry has also entered a critical period of changing growth rate,structural adjustment and power conversion.Under the new normal,the general project contracting,whole-life cycle management and other modes that come with the industry reform push the independent innovation and system reform of large construction enterprises into a critical period,and inject strong vitality into the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.However,as the key body of China's construction industry,there are still a number of large construction enterprises still stay under the old development mode.Although these enterprises have some understanding of the change of industry development direction,they lack a deep understanding of the innovation of industry technology,management mode and so on,and it is not clear whether the enterprise itself should transform and what transformation mode should be adopted.In order to promote this part of enterprises to recognize their current situation in time,better and faster to achieve enterprise development,this paper constructs a model for the selection of transformation and upgrading modes of large construction enterprises,comprehensively and systematically analyzes the importance of corresponding indicators to the transformation of enterprises under each mode,so as to assist enterprises to find their own transformation mode,and provide guidance for the formulation of strategic planning and high-quality development of enterprises.This paper first summarizes the typical modes of transformation and upgrading of large construction enterprises and analyzes the influencing factors.Through the literature reading,the necessity and development status of transformation and upgrading of large construction enterprises are clarified,and five typical modes of enterprise transformation and upgrading are summarized based on previous research results.Then,starting from the five aspects of resources,technology,capital,strategy and cultural brand to complete the enterprise transformation and upgrading of the influencing factors combing.Then construct the grey correlation-TOPSIS model of transformation and upgrading mode selection of large construction enterprises.Firstly,the evaluation index is determined by questionnaire survey and field investigation,and then the evaluation system is established.Then combined with the questionnaire data,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of the corresponding indicators in each transformation mode.Finally,the model of enterprise transformation and upgrading mode selection is constructed by combining the grey correlation-TOPSIS method,and the transformation mode suitable for enterprise is calculated by quantitative analysis method,so as to complete the construction and solution of the model.Finally complete the case analysis and countermeasure suggestion.Firstly,this paper selects enterprise A that have not been transformed and upgraded as a case to complete the collection and processing of index data.And then,according to the selection model of enterprise transformation and upgrading mode,this paper analyzes the model and obtains the transformation mode suitable for the development of enterprise A.Finally,according to the research results and the weight of corresponding indicators in each transformation mode,the types of enterprises suitable for each transformation mode are further summarized,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the formulation of enterprise strategic planning and high-quality development.
