As an important equipment for energy conversion in industry and production,boilers are widely used in various industrial fields and civil heating.Boiler is a nonlinear and strongly coupled multivariable object with large inertia,large delay and instability.Industrial boiler has always had the problem of low combustion efficiency,poor stability,and difficult to control.The design of its control system has always been a difficulty.Due to the shortage of coal fuel and the large emission pollution,the use of ordinary coal-fired boilers has gradually been limited.Biomass boilers have gradually become the focus of people's attention due to green pollution and abundant fuel resources.Biomass boilers are similar to traditional coal-fired boilers,and they are convenient as alternative products for coal-fired boilers,and have broad development prospects and promotion space.However,as an emerging technology,the biomass boilers that are currently shipped account for relatively few,the control and operation adjustment experience that can be used for reference is not much,and the extensive application of biomass boilers is not mature.Based on the demand of boiler steam pressure control in the process of tire production,reference is made to the technical data of existing coal-fired boilers,combined with the particularity of biomass combustion,and the co mbustion process of key graduate students 'material fuels,the paper establishes a dynamic mathematical model of the controlled objects of biomass boilers.The control algorithm for biomass boilers is designed,and single loop control,cascade control,ratio control,feedforward control,and fuzzy control are used.The control of fuel quantity to adjust steam pressure,air supply to control oxygen content,air supply to control furnace negative pressure,water supply to control boiler liquid level,and effectively overcome each other's disturbance,so that the entire system simulation operation is stable,control performance is excellent.On the basis of theoretical research and algorithm simulation,the hardware part and software monitoring part of the control system of biomass boilers were designed and put into practical use at the tire factory of the "Belt and Road" project of Huayi Group in Thailand,because of its stable control performance.The quality of tire products is excellent.The human-machine interface operation is simple and effective,and the reduction and efficiency,the fuel is cheap and the emission is pollution-free,which has achieved huge product profits,energy-saving economic benefits,and good international social public welfare image for the owners.It has provided a successful engineering example for the promotion and use of biomass boilers.
