Nowadays,a lot of Companys that manufactures tires use the German steel wire curtain cutting machine.The company's cutting machine is highly efficient,the quality of the cut products is reliable,and the equipment is reliable and durable.However,most of the tire manufacturing companies purchased equipment five years ago,and some even purchased 10 years ago.At that time,due to the limitations of electrical technology,the electrical control system on this equipment was all based on the POROFIBUS method of Siemens.With the extension of equipment usage time and the impact of the production environment,the communication alarms and communication interruptions of this communication mode become more and more frequent,which seriously affects the normal operation of production equipment,resulting in reduced equipment efficiency and reduced product accuracy.The control process of the original cutting system is mainly composed of guiding,cutting,splicing,stocking,vertical cutting,w elting,and curling.In the process of upgrading the design,there are two key difficulties.The first difficulty is how to control the walking speed and position of the servo motor in the splicing part to ensure the quality of the joint of the product dur ing splicing.The second difficulty is how to control the two servo motors in the cutting position to run in the synchronous mode to ensure the width of the product and angle.This article takes Siemens' latest PORONET communication technology as an object to study how to upgrade the electrical control system on the Fisher oblique cutting machine.First,the mechanical structure and electrical structure of the cutting machine,the main electrical component types on the equipment,and the PROFIBUS communication between the electrical components are introduced.And now the latest Siemens PROFINET communication technology.Secondly,for the electrical components of various parts of the equipment,the technical requirements and component selection required for the transformation are determined.Finally,in conjunction with the actual operation of the equipment,the program is written to complete the functions of the various electrical components.Among them,the traveling speed and position of the servo motor in the splicing part are realized by the MDI function,and the synchronous control of the two servo motors in the cutting part is realized by the Siemens SIMOTION motion controller.
