Warehousing is an important part of the in-plant logistics of manufacturing enterprises.It is a bridge which connects the suppliers and manufacturers.The operational efficiency of warehousing affects the efficiency of the entire plant,and indirectly affects the interests in the entire manufacturing enterprise.G Company is a new energy automobile manufacturing enterprise.The parts warehouse is the storage and distribution place of G Company.When analyzing the current storage operation status of the company,it is found that there are problems of the functional area layout and storage area of its parts warehouse.The layout problems affect the work efficiency of the staff,and has a certain impact on the efficiency of G company's in-plant logistics.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to optimize the storage layout of G company.In this thesis,the research on the parts warehouse of G company is carried out.According to the problems existing on the layout of parts warehouse,the research is carried out from two aspects: optimization of functional area layout and storage location.When optimizing the layout of the functional area,the SLP method is used to analyze the logistics relationship and the non-logistics relationship strength of each functional area,and obtain the comprehensive relationship of the functional area.The Tompkins method is used to obtain the layout of the warehouse without area.After scientific calculation of each functional area,the optimized layout plan of the functional area is obtained;when optimizing the storage location of the parts warehouse,the storage area optimization model is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the position.By optimizing the model,we can obtain the result of the shipment position,and improve the outbound efficiency of the parts.Analyzing the outbound characteristics of the storage area components by EIQ analysis,we can optimize the storage strategy of the storage area;From the four levels of efficiency level,layout level,management level,and safety level,the evaluation indicators of the storage layout plan are established.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the entire optimization plan.The evaluation results show that the plan is feasible.The research in this thesis not only has certain practical significance of the improvement of G company's warehousing efficiency,but also provides solutions to problems for enterprises with the same problems.
