Viaduct is the traffic artery of modern city,which plays an irreplaceable role in improving the efficiency of traffic and easing the traffic congestion.The main form of urban viaduct is viaduct.With its excellent performance,steel box girder plays an important role in the crossing of urban viaduct,namely,the main road and the existing bridge.The construction technology of the steel box girder has an important impact on the construction quality of the steel box girder,while the construction technology has a huge impact on the traffic of the existing road.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction t echnology of steel box girder.First of all,based on the structural characteristics of Jinan North Industrial Road viaduct,this paper studies the transportation scheme of steel box girder,analyzes the main process of transportation and the emergency pl an and treatment method in the transportation process.The quality management measures of steel box girder are established,the assembly quality technical requirements and installation tolerance of steel box girder are put forward,and the tightening contr ol method of high-strength bolts is mainly analyzed.The safety management measures of steel box girder construction are established,and the safety management principles,risk sources,control,guarantee and emergency measures are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the construction of Jinan North Industrial Road viaduct,the construction technology of jacking and traction of steel box girder is studied.The process design and analysis of jacking traction construction technology are carried out.It focuses on the design of the sliding support beam and the design of the spreader,carries out the relevant analysis and checking calculation,and determines the construction process of the jacking traction.Combined with the actual project,the paper studies the s pecific application of the jacking traction construction technology,establishes the construction organization principle,compiles the construction schedule and the installation plan of the steel box girder,and verifies the actual application effect of th e jacking traction construction technology combined with the actual project.Finally,combined with the construction of Jinan North Industrial Road viaduct,the lifting construction technology of steel box girder is studied.This paper focuses on the process design of steel box girder hoisting construction technology,the design and analysis of the temporary support,the analysis of the stress characteristics of the temporary support,and the stress checking calculation.The hoisting construction process is determined.Combined with the engineering practice,the application research of hoisting construction technology is carried out,the construction schedule and the installation scheme of steel box girder based on hoisting construction technology are prepar ed,and the practical application effect of hoisting construction technology in steel box girder construction is verified.
