Valuation And Promotion Strategy Of New Energy Industry Agglomeration In Heilongjiang Province

In China,with the preliminary establishment of green development indicators at the beginning of the 21 st century,the new energy industry began to emerge and gradually entered the public view.With the development of nearly 20 years,new energy has gradually established its development status.The development of new energy industry is not only related to national energy security,but also bears the important responsibility of environmental optimization.Since the 19 th CPC national congress,in order to build a beautiful China,the country will further accelerate the institutional reform of ecological civilization.In recent years,Heilongjiang province has made great progress in economic development,but the slow economic growth and negative externalities brought by the development of heavy industry base have damaged the ecological environment,which is not conducive to the further development of Heilongjiang province.With the promotion of sustainable development,traditional heavy industry is in urgent need of transformation and upgrading.In the context of gradually losing its resource advantages,Heilongjiang province should seek industries in line with its own comparative advantages,form a new driving force,adjust the economic structure,and reduce the contradiction between supply and demand.Heilongjiang province is a large industrial province with a large demand for energy.The development of new energy industry is an important measure to slow down the contradiction between the consumption of traditional fossil fuels and the deepening of industrial process.Industrial agglomeration refers to a process in which the same industry has a high concentration degree in a specific geographical area and its capital is also continuously concentrated in the region.The generation of industrial agglomeration effect can drive the synergy effect,enhance regional innovation and competitiveness,and help supply chain management and optimize resource allocation.There are many ways to measure industrial agglomeration.Through analysis and comparison,the calculation of location entropy is highly adaptable to the calculation of agglomeration degree of new energy industry in Heilongjiang province.Through the calculation of location entropy,the development of industrial agglomeration in Heilongjiang province has gone through three stages:the initial stage,the growth stage and the decline stage.The calculation results show that the new energy industry in Heilongjiang province has a fast agglomeration rate from the initial stage to the growth stage,and theagglomeration degree keeps increasing.However,it has reached the recession stage.Although it has not entered the low-level agglomeration level,the agglomeration effect has not been significantly improved.Through the exploration of industry development and enterprise activities,we can analyze the advantages and disadvantages of new energy industry development and industrial agglomeration in Heilongjiang Province in the formation process from two perspectives,so as to find the corresponding promotion strategies to promote industrial optimization and agglomeration effect.
