According to the national policy,real estate has been the pillar industry of our national economy for 15 years.With the influx of capital and the continuous advancement of globalization,construction enterprises are facing the coexistence of opportunities and challenges.The construction projects are characterized by long production cycle and involves many sectors,such as many uncertain factors,the quality of personnel in production,which brings the management a lot of difficulties.Time limit,cost and quality are the three major objectives of project management.The relationship between the three objectives is unity of opposites.Among them,schedule control has always been the key point of project management control and has been widely concerned.If the schedule control is not properly managed,it will inevitably affect the achievement of the other two goals.By consulting all kinds of foreign literature on project schedule risk management,we can further study theoretical knowledge.Starting from the basic theory of project management,this paper introduces the concept and common types of project risk,and focuses on the process analysis and control of project schedule risk management.It includes risk identification,risk estimation,risk evaluation and risk countermeasures,and gives the commonly used theoretical methods of technical based on idiographic instance,describe the overall situation of S project.Then,expounds the problems of S project in project schedule risk management analysis.In this paper,the project accuracy risk is divided into three categories: natural factor risk,technical factor risk and economic and social factor risk.The quantitative analysis is made by combining with the actual progress risk management of "ACRE's S Civil Building Project".Through analytic hierarchy process,the risk factors are divided into different levels,and the weights at different levels are calculated.The feasibility and validity of the model are verified.Finally,according to the risk factors of each progress,specific solutions are put forward.Combining with the quantitative analysis results,the high-weight risk factors are emphatically corresponded.In this paper,the schedule risks,as well as the evaluation results and the final risk response measures,which,have practical reference value for the project,what is more that have a guiding role in ensuring the target construction period of the project.The research ideas,methods and conclusions of this paper can be used for reference in civil engineering projects.
