The construction of a ship is a process with large quantities and complex technology.It needs tens of thousands of parts to build a 10000 ton ship.The accuracy of each part will affect the quality of the finished ship.At present,the shipyard generally adopts the method of manual sample checking,but the method of manual sample checking is not only time-consuming and laborious,but also inefficient,so it is necessary to improve the detection method of hull components.The emergence of reverse engineering accelerates the development of manufacturing industry,and reverse engineering technology has been widely used in many industries.Because of the complexity and diversity of hull components,it is difficult to apply reverse engineering technology to the field of ship.In order to improve the detection efficiency of hull components and the construction quality of ship,this paper applies reverse engineering to the detection of hull components,the digital detection method of hull components based on reverse engineering is studied.In this paper,multi view cloud splicing,point cloud reduction and denoising,surface reconstruction and digital detection are studied.In this paper,the three-dimensional scanning equipment is studied firstly,and the measurement method and working mode of the three-dimensional scanning equipment are understood.The three-dimensional point cloud data with high accuracy of the hull curved panel and hull section are obtained.According to the point cloud data of hull curved panel and hull section,the point cloud alignment,denoising,smoothing and simplification are carried out.The method based on geometric features is used to complete the splicing of hull curved panel,the method of statistical filtering and radius filtering is used to denoise the point cloud data of hull curved panel and hull section,and the Gaussian filter is used to smooth the point cloud data of hull curved panel and hull section,through the voxel filter and CATIA's point cloud filtering function,the point cloud data of the hull curved panel and the hull section are simplified,and the registration of the point cloud with the original design model is completed by ICP algorithm,then the accuracy analysis of the hull curved panel and the hull section is completed.In the reconstruction work of hull curved panel,this paper makes full use of CATIA's surface modeling function,uses three methods of lofting surface,fitting free surface and automatic fitting surface to reconstruct the hull curved panel,and analyzes the accuracy of the three methods of surface reconstruction,and selects the most accurate method of surface reconstruction to analyze the smoothness of the hull curved panel.For the surface reconstruction of hull segment,this paper uses the function of automatic surface reconstruction to complete the model reconstruction of hull segment point cloud data.Based on the accuracy analysis of the reconstructed curved surface and hull section,the accuracy evaluation of the reconstructed curved surface is given.Finally,the algorithm of denoising,smoothing and simplification in PCL point cloud database is called by VB programming language,and the reconstruction,precision and smoothness analysis of point cloud are summarized,and the digital detection system of hull components is developed.This paper makes full use of the point cloud processing algorithm and reverse modeling software in PCL point cloud database,applies reverse engineering to the detection of hull components,provides a feasible method for the detection of hull components,and has certain reference value in practical application.
