Prefabricated concrete frame structure is one of the important building structure forms, and is gradually being promoted in the development of the construction industry. This structure form has the advantages of high working efficiency, short construction time, good product quality, etc.,which can effectively achieve the continuity of the construction industry The development policy is therefore one of the trends in the development of building structures. In traditional nodes, rigid nodes have been widely used in engineering.Due to earthquakes, the connection forms of component nodes are changed, and there are flexible and semi-rigid connection methods. The seismic performance of node connections can promote the development of assembled building frame structures, but Because there are relatively few studies on semi-rigid composite nodes, people have relatively little understanding of their mechanical properties and failure mechanisms. In order to avoid and reduce earthquake disasters,it is of great engineering significance to analyze the seismic performance of semi-rigid joints. In this paper, the seismic performance of the fabricated concrete semi-rigid beam-column joint is mainly studied through the test method. The joint is connected by bolts and the precast concrete beam is placed on the bright corbel.Performance indicators: failure form, hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, ductility coefficient, stiffness degradation curve, etc. The ABAQUS finite element software was used to establish the model of the assembled concrete semi-rigid beam-column joint specimen connected by bolts. The relevant data of the finite element numerical simulation results and the test output results were compared and analyzed to verify the rationality and reliability of the model The finite element analysis model compares and analyzes the assembled concrete beam-column joints under different axial compression ratios. The main work and conclusions of this article are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes and analyzes the development of prefabricated co ncrete technology to the construction industry at home and abroad, the analysis o f the joint form and seismic performance of prefabricated concrete beam column at home and abroad, and analyzes the important significance of prefabricated co ncrete structure technology to the development of China.(2)Through research,a dry-connected assembled joint form is formed by co nnecting bolts and end plates to beams and columns.Using the advantages of bo lt members, the seismic performance of assembled concrete beam and column joi nts is proposed, and test components are introduced The design, loading system and loading method and test and measurement content.(3)Since the first group of high-strength bolts was crushed and damaged at t he joint concrete(PC1),the bolt strength was too high, which led to the destruc tion of the concrete before the bolt. Therefore, the second group of tests reduced the bolt strength to ordinary Bolt(PC2).(4)By observing the cracking, yielding, failure process and failure state of the two bolt strength structural specimens in the test, the test data was sorted out to obtain the hysteresis curve, skeleton curve, energy dissipation capacity of the two specimens, and the study Analysis of the ductility coefficient and stiffness degradation of each specimen. Both sets of tests were damaged at the joints, especially the concrete near the T-shaped end was crushed.(5)The large-scale general finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to analyze the assembled nodes of the 8.8 bolt connection. The setting of the boundary conditions of the model was the same as the constraint conditions during the test.Reasonable numerical modeling and analysis were carried out,and the numerical simulation was performed by the finite element method The test results and corresponding data in the results are compared and analyzed,The specific analysis results are as follows: the results obtained by the two methods of analysis are similar;it is feasible to use ABAQUS finite element software to analyze the structure of assembled concrete semi-rigid beam-column joints;and the axial compression ratio parameters are changed to study the seismic performance of the joints.(6)The test results show that the prefabricated concrete structure can impro ve the seismic performance of the structure through reasonable reinforcement con figuration and bolt connection. The hysteretic curve of the numerical simulation of the node is relatively full, indicating that the seismic performance of the node using the bolt connection is good. The ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate di splacement of the PC1 specimen are greater than that of the PC2 specimen. The seismic energy dissipation of the PC2 specimen is relatively better than that ofthe PC1 specimen, which verifies the rationality of the assembled concrete beamcolumn joint(7)This paper summarizes the main results of this paper, and points out the key problems that need to be further studied about the assembled concrete frame joints.Figure [33] table [13] reference [100]...
