Research Of Regional Power Grid Planning In Fengdong New Town,Xixian New City

Fengdong new town is one of the five groups of xi xian new city officially approved by the state council in January 2014,which is located between xi 'an and xianyang city,reaching feng river in the west,xihan expressway in the south,the third ring road in the east,and the planned road in the north of qinhan avenue in the north,with a total area of 138.96km2.Fengdong new town,as a gathering area for emerging industries,high and new technologies and exhibition industries,is a leading area for the construction of an international metropolis in greater xi 'an.By 2030,the GDP is expected to reach 300 billion yuan,with broad development prospects.With the increasing dependence of urban construction and development on electric power,the acceleration of urbanization construction and the development of new energy industry put forward higher requirements on power supply capacity,consumption capacity and power supply quality of distribution network.Therefore,the main task of distribution network construction is to realize the substantial improvement of power supply reliability,power quality and operating efficiency of distribution network,and complete the upgrade and leap to modern power grid.In this paper,combining with being east new city power grid operation and structure of the status quo,through the research about the present situation of being east new city power grid,collect and grasp the regional power grid power supply ability present situation,the economic and social development indicators such as planning upfront information needed to do the job,easy load ratio,the load rate and the main transformer substation "N-1" check three indicators of scientific analysis and evaluation on the current situation of distribution network,put forward the preliminary ideas to solve the problem of the status quo.In the history of east new town is being fully load,power and future regional planning data,on the basis of combining with the characteristics of the regional load development and application of large users and natural growth rate method,spatial load density method,different methods,such as in view of the power supply load forecast is being east new town,through the analysis and comparison finally obtained the higher accuracy of load forecasting results.Finally,in accordance with the "power supply area,the power grid,power supply unit" three-level network planning thought,combines the condition of lateral load forecast data and user needs,the east new town is being divided into several power grid power supply division,the complex global feeder network into each unit feeder network problems,eventually forming a global distribution network planning,at the same time through various effective analysis to conform to the east new town is being reliable positioning and adapt to economy development requirements.
