| Because of its advantages of green environmental protection,energy saving and high efficiency,prefabricated buildings have been promoted by the state.In order to ensure the transition from traditional buildings to prefabricated buildings,the state and local governments have issued relevant policies to clarify the specific requirements of the development of prefabricated buildings.With the vigorous promotion of prefabricated buildings by the state,the proportion of prefabricated buildings in new buildings is increasing,and major raw material suppliers have been transformed into PC component suppliers.However,due to its particularity,PC component cannot be selected in the original way when evaluating suppliers.If it is still selected in the traditional way,it will cause many problems,such as increased cost,unqualified quality,etc,Based on the theory of supplier management,the evaluation index system of PC component supplier is established by literature review and expert interview,and the evaluation model is constructed by using cloud theory,so as to select and evaluate PC component supplier in a more scientific and reasonable way.(1)First of all,the connotation of prefabricated building and PC component is described,and the differences between traditional building and prefabricated building are compared.The characteristics of prefabricated building,PC construction and the differences between PC component suppliers and traditional building suppliers are analyzed.Learning from seven evaluation dimensions of supplier management: quality,cost,delivery,service and technology,assets,employees and processes,7 first level indicators of PC component supplier selection and evaluation are constructed,28 second level indicators related to the first level indicators are sorted out through literature reading and expert structured interview,and a comprehensive evaluation and selection indicator system of PC component supplier including7 first level indicators and 28 second level indicators is established.(2)Secondly,the cloud theory of qualitative and quantitative mutual conversion is applied in the calculation of index weight to determine the weights of PC component suppliers at all levels.The results show that for the selection and evaluation of PC component suppliers in prefabricated buildings,the quality index weight is 0.258,the most influential andthe most important,the employee and process index weight is 0.059,the least influential and the least important.(3)Finally,a supplier evaluation and selection model is built based on cloud theory.The cloud center of gravity evaluation method is used to calculate the cloud center of gravity vector of each supplier,and PC component suppliers are selected according to the intuitive cloud map evaluation.The model is verified by an example.The verification results show that the model is more targeted than the traditional supplier selection method,which can avoid selecting PC component suppliers in the traditional way The disadvantages are more objective and scientific in the evaluation and selection of PC component suppliers of prefabricated buildings. |
