The sharing economy is a commercial wave with revolutionary power in the Internet era.It has revitalized the resources of the society and played an important role in maximizing the use of resources.However,in the early stage of the development of the sharing economy,many problems have emerged,even contrary to the original intention,even waste of resources.Based on the design perspective,this paper focuses on the user experience and based on the concept of service design,and studies the services under the shared economy,aiming at outputting the strategy of shared service design.Based on the analysis of the services of the shared enterprises in the five major fields,a shared service system with shared resources,users and shared platforms is constructed.In addition,based on the shared resource attributes,user composition,and sharing platform functions,the shared service system is devided into two typical modes: “enterprise-platform-user” type and “user-platform-user” type.Through case study,the research and analysis of typical shared service users,service systems,service processes,operational status and existing problems in the two modes are studied,and finally the typical problems of shared services from the perspectives of users,enterprises and society are extracted.Identify design priorities.The user experience model is applied to build a shared service design framework from five levels.And based on the design framework,design strategies are developed.From the bottom up,the five levels are the strategic layer,the scope layer,the structure layer,the framework layer and the presentation layer.At the bottom is the strategic layer.The typical problems extracted from the previous are to determine user needs and product goals from the perspective of users,enterprises and society.The second layer is the scope layer,which clarifies the “user-centered” design,system design and sustainable design as the design concept to position the shared services.The third layer is the structural layer,which builds a shared service system.The fourth layer is the framework layer,which proposes a service process design strategy that promotes trust,efficiency,and humanity.Finally,the presentation layer is based on the design positioning,system planning and process design of the previous four layers.This layer is the software and hardware service carrier.After the design framework and design strategy were put forward,the shared bicycle service is improved with the design strategies proposed before,according to the proposed service design framework.The author uses questionnaire survey,user journey and other methods to conduct user research,for determining the strategic level objectives and function.The user experience is improved through the design of the service system,service flow,the bicycle and the app.
