With the arrival of the information age,electronic products have been widely used.Many people will charge their mobile phones and other electronic products when driving their cars.In order to meet the needs of users,more and more cars are equipped with USB chargers.However,the quality of various on-board USB chargers on the market varies greatly,which not only has great security risks,but also affects the battery life of electronic products.Therefore,the safety of the car USB interface and the stability of output voltage are particularly important.In this paper,the automobile USB parameter detection platform is designed.After the car USB charger is fixed by pneumatic components and clamps,the IPC and relevant printed circuit boards can detect the no-load voltage,full-load voltage,short-circuit protection function,no-load and full-load ripple and other parameters of the USB charger.This paper firstly introduces the development history of USB and the current situation of on-board USB,and then elaborates the overall design scheme of automobile USB parameter detection platform,including detection parameters,detection principle,overall structure,etc.Secondly,reasonable ball screw,rolling guide rail and stepper motor of feed system are selected in the process of mechanical mechanism design.Next,the electrical part includes the choice of IPC and the design of circuit.The last part is the design of the program,which uses LabVIEW software for graphic programming and introduces the operation panel of the device during operation.Based on the actual detection situation,automatic loop,manual pause,reset and other operation modes are designed.On the workbench stepping motor connects screws,driving the code spurting machine and the QR code scanning meter to move between eight location quickly.After the numerical data measured by ammeter and voltmeter is treated by PCI,qualified and the unqualified signal is out.If qualified,the code spurting machine sprays a QR code to the USB,with its parameters,then the detection is completed,realizing the aim of the test for a qualified car USB parameters.This design work has greatly improved the detection accuracy,while improving the efficiency of automobile USB parameter detection.It has a1 wider market prospect.
