Chinese culture is extensive and profound and has a long history,among which red culture is one of the important elements of Chinese culture.In the long history of our country,red means jubilant,auspicious,since the beginning of the last century,the international red culture gradually infiltrated into our country,at this time the red already has the meaning of "proletarian revolution ".The red culture referred to in this paper is the red culture formed from the beginning of the 19 th century to the 1880 s,and the red here is also full of revolutionary colors.The red culture of this period is a kind of inheritance and development to our traditional culture under the special era background,which was once in the special period.Effectively inspires a generation to strive for faith and ideals,as well as in the present era.With the development of culture and economy,people's ideas have changed.Liu Shaoqi hometown is a red cultural tourist resort in Hunan,the geographical location has certain advantages,tourists stream continuously every year,but there are many problems in the local red cultural creation products.Based on the market demand,it is urgent for us to develop a series of new red cultural creative products with both the significance of the times and profound cultural connotations.Firstly,the article introduces the purpose,meaning,content,method,difficulty and key point,research status,technical route and so on,thenanalyzes the origin and content of red culture,and then probes into the current situation of red cultural products from the perspective of consumers.Then,combining with the necessity of red cultural product development and people's cognition of "red ",it expounds the research idea of this paper—— based on the background of the new period,it develops a popular red cultural product with the times,and makes in-depth research from four aspects: graphics,color,form and product.Strive for red text product to meet the current aesthetic,at the same time can better carry forward the red culture.Liu Shaoqi hometown has rich red cultural content,through the extraction of red cultural elements to express the red cultural spirit,at the same time as the focus of the design content.The design is based on the design principles and methods,through the extraction of the local cultural landscape of Huaminglou Town,Comrade Liu Shaoqi's life events,Comrade Liu Shaoqi's related cultural relics and other elements,to show in the form of illustrations,thus completing the design practice.
