In China for thousands of years,there have been countless outstanding traditions.On the next day,thousands of households have always replaced the new peaches with the old ones.Lanterns are an indispensable holiday element for the Chinese and even the Eastern world.They have unique cultural connotations and symbolic meanings,and red hearts are hanged every festive day.Lanterns,red couplets,red blessings,red dresses,and red envelopes all reveal people's common understanding of festivals and auspiciousness.Especially in Shanxi,there are rows of lanterns hanging high everywhere.Such residential features have long been the epitome of Chinese folk culture.Lanterns have become one of the essential elements of traditional northern dwellings.Shanxi's “Red Lantern” Provincial Sports Center and a world-famous “Red Lantern High Hanging” reflect the importance of lantern culture in Shanxi.Entering the new era of Shanxi,adhering to the new development concept,and actively transforming the mode of economic development,it demonstrates Shanxi's firm determination to actively integrate the “One Belt and One Road” and strive to “go out” of culture.This paper uses the combination of theoretical research and actual research,and uses lantern art as a starting point to carry out the design research of Shanxi cultural creative products that can be used in modern daily life.Organize and analyze the lantern culture and its own symbolic emotions,combine the traditional regional folk culture of Shanxi with the lantern culture,take the fusion of the two cultural forms as the starting point of the design,and take the current excellent design as an example to discuss the arrangement of Shanxi cultural and creative products,and from the perspective of consumers in the process of creative practice,combined with the emotional needs of consumers,explore and analyze the unique and originality that conforms to the local cultural psychology and modernism.Cultural and creative products.Appeal to cultural andcreative products designers should pay more attention to the emotional needs of users and bring traditional Shanxi culture back to modern life.
