Research On The Highway Maintenance And Grid Management Of Quanzhou City

As a public production,highway has made tremendous contributions to economic growth of the society and it also provided huge convenience for people on the road.With the development of national economy,the urban construction is also speeding up.The increasing number of cars lead to the damage of the road surface.It also causes some traffic environment problems.As a result,it increases the pressure of highway maintenance.In order to solve the contradiction between highway maintenance and social development demand,relying on the modern management concept and information technology,highway maintenance pilot grid management of Quanzhou,Fujian Province,with grid management to reduce maintenance costs and improve maintenance efficiency.However,as a new highway maintenance management method,there are many problems in the actual operation due to the short application time.Therefore,based on the reality of the grid management of highway maintenance in Quanzhou,this study investigated it through comparative analysis,case analysis and interview from the perspective of public management,and put forward optimization countermeasures for existing problems.It is pointed out that the grid management of Quanzhou Highway maintenance can be optimized in the following ways.Firstly,define the position of multiple subjects,guarantee the grid management of highway maintenance from the institutional mechanism.Secondly,strengthen the Internal Grid management information center platform construction,external information data exchange platform to achieve intelligent management.Thirdly,reshape the management process and realize the "double-axis" of management.Fourthly,strengthen the application of performance evaluation results of highway maintenance management to stimulate enthusiasm and creativity.Take multiple measures to improve the efficiency and quality of highway maintenance grid management in Quanzhou.
